Tracking Code: [174Z2V-R7GLP]
Response Date: March 11, 2026 (12:44 PM)
“Thank you for contacting me to express your concerns with Attorney General Pam Bondi and her handling of the Epstein Files. I appreciate the opportunity to respond.”
On transparency (identical to Epstein pace letter):
“I want to begin by stating that Jeffrey Epstein was a disgusting individual, and I support full transparency and accountability regarding the Epstein files. I have never opposed the release of the documents since Epstein’s 2019 suicide, and I strongly believe that any individual who has committed crimes – especially crimes against minors – must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”
On H.R. 4405 (identical to Epstein pace letter):
“To that end, I proudly supported the Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405) when this legislation passed the House on November 18, 2025… On November 19, 2025, President Trump signed this legislation into law.”
On AG Bondi specifically:
“I understand your concerns regarding Attorney General Bondi and the pace of the release. It is essential that this process be handled carefully and responsibly, with a strong commitment to protecting survivors. In compliance with H.R. 4405, DOJ attorneys are reviewing materials to make legally required redactions to safeguard victims and have committed to releasing the remaining files as soon as possible.”
“Furthermore, I expect Attorney General Bondi to move swiftly to prosecute those responsible for these heinous crimes and deliver long-overdue justice to the victims.”
